Experience

Tom’s real estate career began in Illinois when he was first licensed at the ripe old age of 21. In 2005 he relocated to Las Vegas and formed a partnership with Mary Kay Beckman. The following year, he and Mary Kay were honored as the highest producing rookie Team of the year for the entire Southwest Region for Keller Williams Realty. We continue to rank among the top Realtors® nationallywith 2008 being their best year yet.

Tom’s career includes 17 years served as Regional Manager for Dale Carnegie Training which has helped him in negotiating favorable contracts for his clients. Mary Kay has past experience as a loan officer as well as mortgage banking which is one of the reasons she was able to write more offers than anyone in our office of 250 during 2008. She was a long time member of the Quincy, Illinois Chamber of Commerce, the Chamber Ambassador of the Year in 1998-2000, and a graduate of the Chamber Leadership Academy.

When you work with us, you also have the perks of working with our Team Manager, Kelly Bond. Kelly has been a Realtor® for 2 1/2 years and is very passionate about helping our clients through the home buying process. Prior to real estate she was in retail management for 8 years. With her many years of customer service and experience handling real estate transactions, she is sure to make your experience seamless. She is committed to providing our clients with consistent fine-tuned service tailored to their specific needs. She is the very definition of “our right hand wo-man”!

Personal

It's obvious from Tom's hobbies that he loves to be "one with nature". He enjoys hiking, backpacking and scuba diving. His favorite dive site so far has been the Red Sea in Egypt.

Mary Kay also relishes in the great outdoors hiking, biking and traveling with Tom. She also has two wonderful children, a son age 22 and a daughter age 20. Even though they are grown up they still keep Mary Kay very busy, proud and happy!
